Soft waste can be processed on a separate line or, with a small amount of waste, together with other meat and bone raw materials.

The hydrolysis process takes place in the Hydrolyzer. At the end of the process, the resulting mass is sent through a valve to the tank and from there it is continuously fed into the dryer. It is possible to use the dryer both disk, and tubular. Juice vapors are condensed in the condenser.

The feather is continuously dosed into the mixer, where the feather is destroyed during mechanical crushing and supply of heating steam. After that, the resulting mass is fed into the hydrolyzer and then into the dryer. The mixer and the hydrolyzer are connected by a pressure device in which the necessary pressure is constantly maintained. Juice vapors are condensed in the condenser.
