PROCESSING OF CADAVERES AND CONFISCATE

BATCH TECHNOLOGY

For the processing of raw materials, a Destructor is used, in which cooking, sterilization and drying of standard slaughterhouse raw materials are carried out.

The destructor is heated by means of heating steam, which enters the "double jacket" of the destructor and the rotor. The raw material in the destructor is heated to the sterilization temperature and then sterilized under the influence of pressure and temperature for the time specified in the relevant veterinary regulations.

Upon completion of sterilization, the destructor is switched to the drying mode. After completion of this process (drying the raw material to the required moisture content), the raw material is unloaded from the destructor using a mixer and moved to further processing.

TECHNOLOGY OF CONTINUOUS ACTION

With this technology, a Sterilizer is used, which is designed for cooking and sterilizing raw materials. The raw materials in the Sterilizer are heated by means of heating steam, which enters the "double jacket" of the sterilizer and the rotor. The raw material in the sterilizer is heated to the sterilization temperature and then sterilized under pressure and temperature for a set time.

After completion of this process, the raw material under the action of working pressure moves to the dryer and then to the press, where the degreasing process takes place. The fat is fed into the fat storage hopper and the meat and bone meal is transported to the flour warehouse.

BLOOD PROCESSING

BLOOD PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY WITH DISC DRYER

Technical blood is brought to the plant in a tank, pumped into the tank through a coarse filter that separates coarse mechanical impurities. From the tank, the blood is continuously pumped by a pump into the coagulator, in which the coagulation of proteins occurs with the help of heating steam at a pressure of 1 - 2 bar. After coagulation, a mixture of proteins and water is formed. The water content of the mixture is 80%. For economic reasons, this water is further separated in a decanter.

After that, the water is sent to the wastewater and the coagulate to the disc dryer, in which, with the help of a rotor, the mixture is heated and the remaining water evaporates. Next, the blood meal enters the flour warehouse. Juice vapors are condensed in the condenser.
